Is it safe to use CamperOcasión?
CamperOcasión connects buyers and sellers directly. We always recommend meeting in public places, verifying the product before paying, and being wary of prices that are too low. Never send money in advance.
Can I post without registering?
No, you need to create an account to post. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
How many listings can I have?
No limit. You can post as many products as you want, always free.
What are credits?
Credits are an optional internal currency to feature your listings. With credits you can make your product appear first in searches and on the homepage.
What payment methods do you accept for credits?
Bizum, bank transfer and PayPal. We're adding more methods progressively.
Does CamperOcasión handle payments or shipping?
No. CamperOcasión is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Payment and delivery are arranged directly between the parties.
How do I report a fraudulent listing?
Every listing has a "Report" button. You can also write to us at soporte@camperocasion.online with the details.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are listed in euros (€).
How do I contact a seller?
Each listing has a direct message button, WhatsApp and phone (if the seller enabled it). You can also use CamperOcasión's built-in chat.
Can I sell other vehicles on CamperOcasión?
No. CamperOcasión is a vertical marketplace specialised exclusively in second-hand camper vans and motorhomes: large volume, medium/compact, minicamper, low-profile, overcab, integrated and 4x4 overland cells.
Is it free to post on CamperOcasión?
Yes, posting is 100% free. Credits are optional and only serve to feature your listing and reach more buyers.
